So excited for Fall Retreat 2026!
Who: Fall Retreat Registration is open to students in grade 7-12. One form per student, please.
What: Our students will enjoy Camp Qwanoes for an incredible weekend!!! On the camp grounds, we will enjoy, laser tag, and our Fall Retreat night game! We will have a fantastic worship band, a great speaker, and wonderful volunteers leading small groups. Our students will create amazing memories together this Fall!
When: September 25-27. Drop off will be on Friday late afternoon. Pick up will be on Sunday morning 12:30.
Where: Camp Qwanoes in Croften, BC. Drop off will be in JDF Lacross box before we travel together. Pick up will be at the Colwood Pacific Activities Centre.
Cost:
Early Bird July 1-15 - $125
July 16-Sept 19 - $150
After September 20th - $175
Pays for two nights, five meals, Camp Qwanoes activities, laser tag, and a t-shirt. We will have a bake sale and other fundrasing opportunities leading up tp camp for students to raise money towards their camp cost. Keep your eyes open for what they will be!
Win Prizes: Raffles will take place during the weekend.
Two ways to enter the raffle: 1) Invite friends from outside of Canvas, 2) Volunteer at Canvas Camps!
All students attending have the potential of winning prizes in competitions throughout the week!

Full Cost of Registration will be required the week following Sunday, September 13.
Refund for cancelation will not be available after September 20, 2020.
