Who: Open to everyone and anyone who would like to come. Please fill out one form per person attending.
What: We are going up to Mount Washington for the day to enjoy a time of fellowship and hit the slopes together.
Where: Mt. Washington Ski Resort in Comox Valley.
Transportation: Everyone will meet at Mount Washington. Please find your own ride up there.

Day Lift Pass Ticket: $25.00
Rentals: $34
Lesson(Includes ticket): $66.00
Lesson + Ticket + Rental: $95.00

Full payment is required by December 23rd.
Payment can be submitted through e-transfer to "audrey@canvaschurch.ca" with the message "Family Ski Trip 2024".

The only amount that is due upon sign up is the deposit of $25. The deposit is non-refundable.
